Sales Account Executive

Account Executive for established women's ready-to-wear collection - Responsible for managing, maintaining, and growing assigned territory. Competitive salary and bonus for the right person.

         Job Description:

• Suggested 3 years of wholesale sales experience

• Daily communication with major accounts to review existing business and grow each account

• Advise account base of Immediate goods available as well as any Production issues

• Ensure all orders are shipped complete; managing all sell-through and substitutions

• Schedule market appointments and travel to assigned regional market shows

• Ability to apply and implement sales strategies to grow territory

         • Must be comfortable making cold calls to generate new accounts and be savvy with the internet to research new territories online

         Requirements:

• Strong oral and presentation skills

• Must be computer savvy, able to type 50 wpm  - knowledge of Salesforce A+

• Excellent organizational and analytical skills

• Independent, self-motivated, detail-oriented; ability to multitask in a busy office environment

• Travel to Regional markets / 6 times a year

Customer Service/ Sale Support

Seeking a motivated, energetic team player with a pleasant demeanor for our Customer Service/Sales Support position at an established women's ready-to-wear company.

Job Description:

 

  • Excellent speaking voice required
  • Data Entry of incoming orders from sales team and online telephone orders.
  • Advise sales of incoming shipments and process allocation and pick tickets when goods arrive
  • Daily telephone and email communication with customers to help with their online purchases (fit questions, shipping, returns issues ...
  • Ensure daily pick tickets are fulfilled and assist shipping department when necessary
  • Process returns
  • Assist in collection of past due accounts
  • Ability to up-sell customers when taking their orders over the phone
  • Assist sales team in preparing for trade shows

Requirements:
 
  • Strong telephone communication skills
  • Must be computer savvy w/excellent typing skills - Microsoft Suite (outlook, excel, word), (Salesforce, A2000 - will train)
  • Some weekend hours may be required during Market.
  • Excellent organizational and analytical skills
  • Independent, self-motivated, detail-oriented; ability to multitask in a busy office environment
  • Looking for someone with a strong desire to learn and grow with our company
  • Team player attitude a must
  • Bachelor's Degree - Preferred

Professional Qualifications Required but not limited to:

 

  • 5 years of experience in social media account management
  • Interest in women's fashion
  • Pre-existing relationships with editors/bloggers from fashion magazines/blogs
  • Working knowledge of paid social media advertising on Facebook and Instagram
  • Knowledge of social media analytics
  • Technical knowledge of women's clothing
  • Working skills in Photoshop/Creative Suite
  • Intimate familiarity with social media platforms: Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and Pinterest
